Repair, Refresh, Re-calibrate your SmartBroom 3. Each serviced SmartBroom will receive:

  • Full sensor re-calibration
  • New battery
  • Software update (if applicable)
  • New plastic housings
  • New ball-riders (universal joint)

You are responsible for shipping the unit to us, and your order will include the cost of the return shipping back to you (make sure to include the correct shipping address at checkout).

Do not include the handle in your shipment, only send the head assembly. The foam and sleeve are also not required to be shipped.

Free pickup in Kitchener-Waterloo

To arrange a pickup at the Granite Curling Club in Kitchener-Waterloo, select 'pick up in store' at checkout. We will contact you to arrange meet-up when your order is ready.

Note, this option is not available for carts containing clothing or other merch products.

Taxes, Duties, Tariffs

🇨🇦 Orders delivered in Canada are charged the HST rate based on the province of delivery.

🌍 For orders delivered outside of Canada all taxes, duties, and tariffs are unpaid, and will be the responsibility of the importer (you) when you receive the product in your country.

USA Orders will be shipped under the classification of DDP 'Delivered Duty Paid'.

Shipping Timelines

🇨🇦 Orders in Canada will be shipped within a week.

🌍 International orders (excluding USA) will be shipped within a week.

USA orders will ship within 1-3 weeks.
